Group members are Belo, N.A.R.D. and AK-47. The trio has sold more than 3 million albums.Do or Die member Belo recently pleaded guilty to second degree murder on October 11 for the shooting death of Raynard "B-Dog" Pinkston in November of 2002. According to The Chicago Sun-Times, Belo, born Darnell Smith, will receive a 10-year sentence for the crime.Pinkston´s brother D´Angelo Dixon told The Chicago Sun-Times, "I think it's a good outcome, and I thank God for it. I'm glad that guy got 10 years."In a 2005 interview with Sohh.com, Belo said, "I can't really talk about the specifics but it's a plain case of self-defense. The prosecution wants to paint this picture of me like I'm a monster and a murderer and people who know my character know that that's just not me. I'm definitely not a @#*$ing murderer."Seems that Belo was wrong with his statement. He will be formally sentenced on November 8 in Chicago.
