ok i'm new on this forum and i don't speak english very good but at last i try ;D i just want to know wat y'all think about this beat.if it's wack it's wack if it's good it's cool i just want to know.. it's amateur work so don't hate please just say wat you think.. thank dark beat .mp3 - 3.06MB

i think that beat was pretty cool, kinda dark and simple...To me, it sounds like an intro track, and would either need some raw lyrics or a some sort of additional key or instrument to make it be a good track..Overall, good job and keep it up.

Yeah it sounds like an intro track to an album. Not terrible though.

thanks man.i'm using music maker but you know you can't do to much on that shit i want to buy a mpc but that shit cost made money !! :-\ so i do wit what i got .. and yeah i think the best beat are simple so i'm not into using 100000000 instrument for one track.. peace 8)

and congratulations, this beat sounds better then the most people in this specific forum post,

and if i got you right, this is your first beat?
this is definately a good starting point

and: beats needent to be all simple. listen to battlecat and analyze his music, if you put right it can be dope, but you need a lotta mixing experience to put all those instruments like he often does
and if you listen to the whole track with vocals you dont even realize how many instruments he used...

now thats some nice work!
