i notice a lot of people be pumpin iron on dubcc

wat kinda numbers yall pushin?

i just hit a new record on db shoulder press, gettin them 32.5 kg bad boys up for 7 reps...thats abt 72 in pounds i think.

not that much but im proud ;D

im hittin the 85 pounders for 5 reps on db chest press

wat kinda numbers u guys hittin here?

when i weighed 220 i benched 235

now i weight 155 so do the math

i'm like 190 and i bench like 305 on a good day. but i only do reps with 135

lost hella strength but i got quicker
did it for boxing
but im back in the gym hittin the weights hard now and still doing major cardio

No idea what my max bench is, but I can pretty easily throw up 205 on my 3rd set of 8 reps.  I've been travelling like a motherfucker over the last few months and it has really fucked up my routine and eating habits.  I've gained about 10 lbs over that time and it's starting to piss me off, lol.

Last time I check is was 225 im 5'9 and 155 lbs. its been awhile sine i been hitting the weights.  mostly just been doing pushup sit up pullups etc.
