that's a tough list for me to make up seeing as i also haven't listened to a lot of music outside the west lol..and my favorite non-west artist is scarface who u told me to exclude lol

10. Clipse/Chamillionaire - Lord Willin/The Ultimate Victory

don't hate on my list y'all lol, like i said i ain't listened to a lot of non west music as of yet, i'm workin on it 8)
