so you think Ron Paul really has a chance?
« on: November 14, 2007, 07:45:44 PM »
Don't get me wrong, i support alot of his views but you think he really has a chance of beating Giuliani? i know his fundraising has been incredible and hes won just about every debate but i just have a gut feeling he still doesn't have a chance in hell of being the republican candidate for president.

At the very least, I do think the GOP leadership will have to take note of the questions his campaign has posed for them - such as whether or not "compassionate conservatives" (read: neo-conservatives) are really what their constituency finds appealing these days.

Only 15% of the voters who voted in the last election even know who Ron Paul is.  Of those 15%, 35% say they are voting for Paul.  Just read that today - now of course stats are easily manipulated, but it does show that Paul resonates well with those people who actually know who he is.  The key is just upping his name recognition.

Amazing how the mainstream really began paying him attention after there were record breaking donations of over $4million.  As soon as they see money they all the sudden give him attention.

Make sure and contribute to his next money bomb which is on December 16th in honor of the Boston Tea Party.  Check this site:  http://www.teaparty07.com

Also, become delegates in your state!  Paul can't win without delegates.  Make sure you are registered as a Republican and vote for him in the primaries.  If he doesn't win the primaries, he can't run for Pres.

He's got a very good chance at placing well in New Hampshire which is a crucial primary state - it's typicall one of the first ones held, and over 60% of the population categorizes themself as an independant.

Spread the word as much as you can, Peace.

He has a good chance. Paul easily has the most paassionate support. A larger percent of Pauls support is more likely to vote than the other candidates.

He should use the entire 5 mil he got on November 5th to put out just one commercial explaining how if all of the federal income tax was taken out of the equation there would still be more money in the budget than there was just a few years back in 2000. I'm Ron Paul and I'm going to eliminate income tax!

Pump 2.5 mil into placing that commercial into all the top rated shows. American Idol debuts in the middle of the primaries And 2.5 mil can be spent on a Superbowl commercial which is played 2 days before Super Tuesday. It could really have an effect on his campaign.

Ron Paul is the truth.  The truth prevails.

Actually, no, I am the truth (and nobody can disagree with me, because if they do, they lose their hands).

I will admit that Ron Paul is more truthful than most American politicians, but that's not saying much.

Then you're obviously not familiar with Ron Paul.  Thats not his style which is why people are so passionate about introducing him to other people.  I'd advise you to research the guy and come to your own conclusion.

What if my conclusion is that a Pan-African Socialist Republic is the way forward?

But in order to create my Socialist Republic, I have to overthrow the American government, burn DC to the ground, slay the crackers, hack off the hands of the Uncle Toms...basically plunge the country into complete chaos.  So yeah, I gots to fuck with yours.  That's what it do, my nig.
