Not totally sure where 'My Life' is from but 'Zoom' was intended for the Snoop/Dre album Makeups to Breakups in 97/98. When the album didn't happen Dre did the track with LL Cool J for the Bullworth Soundtrack.

i recently talked to HighEyeCue about this, but i believe there has been no such thing as the original chronic II.

yes i know that a project called Chronic II was announced by death row ( and even advertised in 96 if i'm not mistaken), but as far as i know Dre never gave his new project that name.

he was planning his escape and was tired of the gangsta rap and the bullshit around the label, so why would he call it Chronic II

well, when looking at the backcover i would say because it's basically his new millennium chronic, as it was released at the end of 1999  ( new sound and all, but still dre )
