That's Keke Loco from the Harlem's.... He works pretty close to G. Malone & Blu Division these days.

That's why I thought I heard him on Glasses Mixtape. I love all his old shit. I got all 3 N.O.T.S. albums plus the "Affiliated" album. Thought he just disappeared.
