My dad used to bump the Chronic and Doggystyle in the early 90's when I was only like 5, and I've been into it since then.

my bro had a tape of the bow down cd...lol dat sound funny...and ever since then its been rap fo me.....also movies like friday and boyz n tha hood...

Streetz Iz a Mutha by Kurupt got me into the rap scene then went on and got into Dre and Eminem the next year some of my favorites didn't hear the classics till later on still trying to hear all the classic albums from Death Row heard most of them tho

Nuthin But A G Thang video back in the days on MTV being a kid I was like wow that's tight then later on I started listening to Eminem alot & started branching out.

Rappers Delight - Sugar Hill Gang....  Then it was The Breaks by Kurtis Blow... Then The Message by Grandmaster Flash & The Furious 5....  Those were my intros thanks to older siblings and cousins...

Dre 2001 for me .. let's say I basically listen to mainstream rap from 99 to 2001 then get interested in old classics and more underground music after that ...
