I havent seen alot of people talking about them on the dub (mainly cuz outbound has been filled up with shitty south rappers) but there is a circle of producers and rappers from Phili that have had a lot of underground buzz the past year and a half or so. They are all funny as hell, have good creative music that draws from many different musical influences, and are very rare in these days of trap money. M.I.A. fucks with them, producer Diplo did alot of her beats. You can hear some of their stuff on HBO's Entourage, just all around real cool shit for cool kids like you.

I haven't checked out Spank Rock yet but i've heard great things about him.

I've heard a few diplo remixes that were pretty good. I've been listening to MIA's albums recently. Amazing vibe.
