I'm tired of all this Beckham shit
« on: April 11, 2002, 01:57:05 AM »
I mean come on it's the main fucking news story

I'm a United fan and was there last night and I mean come on!

When Keane got injured nobody said anything, but Keane's like 25 times more important than Beckham to us, fucks sake Keane's the best player in the world!

Rohnny Johnsen getting injured was the worst injury last night cause I don't trust Wesley Brown anymore

It should be on the back page not the front

eh?

You think england's captain having his foot broken with under 2 months left until the first world cup game isn't a big problem?

But is it really a top news story?

Beckham got injured playing for Manchester United, not England, we pay his wages, he's our player not yours.

When everyone was saying he lost us the World Cup only one set of fans stood behind him and now everyone loves him people forget.

Fergie's gotta keep his feet on the floor

Oh yeah, after Veron's performance

"ARGENTINA"

Wahey!

Come off it

I guarantee Beckham will play in the World Cup

The coverage is almost as hysterical as the Queen Mother's coverage

Shut up lad..Roy Keane is good but he is not better than Beckham at all.....thats like saying Kevin Campbell is better than Ronaldo.....Keane is so good at what he does but Beckham is the Man at Man Utd.

We need him for the world cup  or we will get no where and I mean no where.

If Beckham cant play then the group will finish like this

Argentina
Nigeria
England
Sweden

roy keane? if he were there he would have probably give that dirty bastard a slap! as for beckham...they make a big thing out of him bein injured cos of 3 things:
1. 2 months left until the world cup and beckham is team captain,
2. a lot of people say david beckham lost it for england gettin sent off back in 98, so they like to make a big thing out of it if he aint gonna be playin.
3. david beckham aint just a footballer no more, they class him as a celebrity these days cos of all the shit every other day about posh n becks, so there is more than just football fans wanna know about beckham...

That's my whole point.

Rubbish.  In the paper it says today that with Keane playing for us we average 2.25 points per game and without him we average 1.15 points.  It's ridiculous how nobody realizes we're nearly a one man team.  Beckham is the man at Man Utd - ????  Who got dropped when we went on our winning streak which turned around our season?  With all due respect Bez, I've been to every home match this season and I'm in the best position to tell.

Order of importance - eg. how much we miss them

1. Roy Keane
2. Ruud van Nistelrooy
3. Ryan Giggs
4. David Beckham

That's our top four most important players
