He's a Mexican businessman involved in telecommunication business in Mexico and large parts of Latin America. In March 07, his net worth was estimated to be approximately 53 billion $, in October he was at 68 billion and had surpassed Bill Gates.

According to recent estimates, Carlos Slim gets 45'000$ richer by the minute. Hence, approximates I just calculated based on that:

Carlos Slim makes 45'000$ a minute
Carlos Slim makes 65'000'000$ a day
Carlos Slim makes 2'000'000'000$ a month
Carlos Slim makes 24'000'000'000$ a year

Yes, pointless thread, but this shit is just crazy. Another day, another 65 million dollars....... :-X
