+1 for being a real nigga with confidence and balls
Cause I don't care where I belong no more
What we share or not I will ignore
And I won't waste my time fitting in
Cause I don't think contrast is a sin
No, it's not a sin

Damn...I made 2 bills playing Black Jack when I went to Vegas a couple weeks ago, but I was only playing for a couple hours. I've noticed, in Black Jack, there's almost always a time when you're up...So if you're good at knowing when to walk away, you CAN come out on top...it's all about knowin when to stop.

You CAN come out on top playing the lottery too if you quit at the right time, you can't win long term in any of these games.

It's not the point, I'm not saying it's easier to make a profit playing the lottery.  You have a negative expectation in both cases and no matter how much you might be up or down on any given day, week or year, you will be a loser overall.  You just stand to lose less in blackjack than you do playing slots or the lottery.  You can walk away up in any game, but you will walk away down or often than not.  It's a statistical fact.

Like I said, there's almost always a point where you're up... so if you're not too greedy to walk away at that point, then you'll win more often than you lose.

You're just wrong.  Seriously, believe it or not, betting systems don't work.  You can't beat a game that has a house advantage (blackjack has one of roughly 0.4%), it's just impossible.

Just another post of you showcasing your very lil lack of knowledge.  The odds are against you in all games in vegas.  The best odds that you have are roulette, when you bet on either red or black, or even or odd.  Those odds you are even with the house.  Every other game, the house has the odds.  I mean, how in the world do you think casino's make so much money?  If there was almost always a point where you are up, the casino's would get rid of the game.

Its this simple (but yes, very hard to understand when you are retarded):

Your first hand, you lay your bet down, before you know anything...you don't know a goddamn thing, other than you will get at least 2 cards.  So, right there, on your very first hand...it is all up to luck that you will start off ahead.  Even if you are a so called "skilled" player, you have no idea what you will be dealt...and not only that...no matter how you play your cards, you have absolutely no control whatsoever in what the dealer ends up with.  You may play your hand so well that you end up with 5 total cards adding up to 19 (very fucking lucky), so then what are you going to do?  Of course you are going to stay on 19, even you are not that dumb to hit on 19.  And then you watch the dealer flip over 20 without having to pull a card.

The odds are against you every begining hand of blackjack...if they weren't the game would not be in casino's.  So how the fuck, can you almost always be up, if this is the case?

If you are almost always up at some point, and not too greedy to know when to walk away, then why don't you just play blackjack for a living?  You can play 5 hands of blackjack in 10 minutes.  So according to your logic, if you are almost always up at some point, that would mean that almost always out of 5 hands you are going to win 3 of the hands.  So why don't you go and bet $500 a hand, every day, 5 hands a day, and as soon as you have won those 3 hands, then why don't you quit?  I mean, this is just such genius logic of yours, I can't believe other people have not figured it out?  Why don't you do this NIK?  Do you even have $500 to spend on a hand?  C'mon, all it takes is 10 minutes a day, and you will surely make more than you do at your piss poor job.  Why don't you do it?  I swear to God people just run their fucking mouths.  Its really easy to talk about stuff.  Try doing it.  I know that if I knew the great system of "almost always being up and quitting before I got too greedy" then I would definitely quit my job and just play blackjack.

The house advantage is actually lower in blackjack than roulette.  You are forgetting about the green spots (0 and 00).  The house advantage is 5.26% with 00 and 0.

Get off my nuts and quit being a bitch...are you really still that mad over driving hundreds of miles to get beat in basketball? And yes, I do have $500. You were supposed to bet me that much on our basketball game before you punked out, remember?

LOL...I knew this dude had no idea what he was talkin about, with his long ass rant.

I never said that most people don't lose when playing blackjack. I said that there's almost always a point where you're up on the dealer when you're playing (not always). That doesn't mean you're gunna win 3/5 hands. It means that if you play long enough, there's a good chance you'll be up at some point. Most people keep playing at that point, cause they feel like they're gunna win more, or they feel like they're "on a roll", which is why casinos still make money off of blackjack (they make the bulk of their money from slot machines, so even if they didn't make money off of blackjack, which they do, they'd always make tons of money off of gamblers, regardless)...even if you play for 3 hours and you're up for lets say 20% of that time, that still means you're up...it doesn't mean that chances favor you....It's not rocket science...PeACe
