I thought that at first too, I know some parts are the same but if you check the video, Khalil himself plays the track. He said Nas send him an accapela and he created the beat. I doubt Khalil is using some fake Nas verse.

You're right, this is what he said:

Nas' camp said the MC is still working out the album's final track list. On Monday afternoon (November 26), Nas himself clarified to MTV News that "What It Is" will definitely not be on the album. Those are vocals that were leaked and added onto a random beat.

"I never rhymed to that beat" he said.

You're right, this is what he said:

I think this is original version (random beat) that got leaked Nas was referring to not rhyming on.
