Yeah, Dre needs to learn from Snoop and churn out 3-4 mediocre albums in the time it's taken for Detox to be made, sounds like a plan

He's right bout Dre needs to get high. Dre's best records were made when he was smoking weed in the studio. "The Chronic" and "Doggystyle" were produced by a high Doctor. Maybe he didn't smoke as much as Snoop, but he said in an interview in 92' that he smoked a lil weed during the making of "The Chronic"

So you're fine with him delayin Detox this long? That's basically what you said. This album might be a classic but it will NEVER live up to the expectations.
