All Kansas City/St. Louis rap is wack.. and that includes Tech9.  The only thing Tech9 ever did that was dope was the verse he spit on the Sway and Tech album that had about 9 other rappers on it.

Tech N9ne is an incredible MC... people sometimes haven't heard of him before but if you have there's no question how dope he is
