Final problem fixed.... (email)

OK.. I've eliminated the last known problem from here.

The board wouldnt email new members (the old one never did) their details.
and the new 'whats my password' feature didnt work.

so apart from the CGI Timeout prob caused if your connection is running slow.. we're all sweet.

looking to tart this place up a bit over the next few days (i've got 4 days off work for easter)
