I recommend steering clear of The Clipse.

In my opinion they're WACK AS FUCK!!!

I can't believe anyone would actually likes they're bullshit.

peace

I just saw this video on MTV the other day; Justin Timberlake is a little pussy rich boy, and his voice is annoying as hell, but the Neptunes beat is dope.

I want to get ahold of the instrumental version of "Like I Love You"!

Well to be honest The Clipse aren't really anything special. They are average rappers who do come off like a bad imitation of the LOX, and without beats backing from the Neptunes they wouldn't have ever gained any real success. I do like the Neptunes production a lot, but as someone else said, too much of them becomes boring because other than a few exceptions (Pass The Courvosier Part 2) most of their beats are very similar, and The Clipse would have benefited from a few other producers getting it on the act.

The whole Justin Timberlake thing is a little strange, however u can see how it happened. Justin Timberlake wants Neptunes production on his album so the Neptunes agree on the basis that they get to put some of their artists on the tracks as well as receiving money for their joints. In the past it has normally been Kelis who has featured on such joints but now they are trying to push the Clipse and to get them well known they have to feature on established artist's albums. However this is still a bit of a sellout move from them so I'm not going to try and defend them against that.

What's with Justin Timberlake and this whole trying to be the next Michael Jackson anyway?

LOL, that's exactly what I was wondering! It's like he wants to be the white version of Usher/Michael Jackson, lol.

Are you asking about Justin Timberlake's "Like I Love You" track? It's on MTV a lot now.

4½ / 5

6.Ma, I Don’t Love Her Featuring Faith Evans

4½ / 5

9.Ego
4 / 5

10.Comedy Central Featuring Fabolous
3 / 5  (Fabolous ruins this song)

11.Let’s Talk About It Featuring Jermaine Dupri
2 / 5  (J.D. ruins this song)

12.Gangsta Lean
3½ / 5

13.I’m Not You Featuring Jadakiss & Styles P of The Lox & Roscoe P. Goldchain
4 / 5

14.Grindin’ (Remix) Featuring N.O.R.E., Baby & Lil’ Wayne

IMHO, this is worth buying, even if just for The Neptunes' beats; (at least download a couple of the songs).
