Favorite American Gangster Remix Album
« on: May 20, 2008, 04:14:27 AM »
What is you favorite American Gangster Remix Album?  These are the three I have heard.  I think they are all good.  Each represents a different sound.

Various producers like Amaze, Mak, Nobody Famous, Hi-Fly, Meta Maestro and Jizzapro and MsJaylah remix Jay-Z's classic American Gangster album.

Check out Jigsaw and Dynasty’s people Da Grindaz and their super ill Jay-Z mixtape: Supreme Gangster http://dspweb.net/dagrindaz/Da_Grindaz_Presents_Supreme_Gangster.zip

And of course DJ Skee Presents "The American Godfather" http://www.dubcnn.com/mixtapes/djskee-jayz-americangodfather/

I have heard some of them, American Godfather is the best, American Ironman is good but not that much
Classic Gangster with old school beats (Eric n Rakim, NWA) is one of better mixes
can't forget that mix with Lep Zeppelin, can't remember the name now, I had list of all AG remix albums, I'll try to find it

Rap is not real, I don't care what they told you,
Fake people say fake things in their vocalbooth
- Soul Position - Mic Control

I make it hard to read me, graffiti flow - Rakim - Word On The Streets
