Word Dan....I'm hyped as well.
Jay's been quite for a couple of months now, it's bout time for some new Jigga.
I've yet to miss a release date (drop-day) on Jay-Z ever....he's one of only a couple of artist's I can say that about.....other's being:

Ice Cube (Except for grt hitz & that feat: disc)
Snoop Dogg
Scarface
2pac (Except for Strictly.....I wasn't feeling the east vibe at the time...lol and still ain't his worst to date ImO.)

Just a couple..

Fuck Jay-Z... He makes clever lines about his money... But he isn't going to change anyone's life, or liberate one's mind from the false illusion of money and power.

I probably won't cop this, I copped "The Blueprint" but I havn't listened to it in AGES now, and I suspect this album will probably be on the same level so i'm not gonna commit myself just yet. This is gonna be one of those albums i'll be d/l first and foremost before I make a decision.

I think that if you take one of the 'O's' out of 'Good' it's 'God', if you add a 'D' to 'Evil' it's the 'Devil'. I think some cool motherfucker sat down a long time ago and said 'let's figure out a way to control motherfuckers'.

Ever since Vol. 3, it seems I can't feel Jigga no more. And that's not good, 'cause he used to be one of my favorites. He better come tight as hell, 'cause his star is starting to fade. And he needs to top Ether for street rep, 'cause the streets waznt more from him.

I had "The Blueprint" on a relisten the last week, and shit's still good.
I can't see that this new one will be nuthin but heat, if he brings Kanye West, Just Blaze, Neptunes, & hopefully Rockwilder & Timbaland.

Yeah man - I want jay to ride some of those oldies samples like on Blueprint. Hopefully Gift & Curse will follow that vibe - can't wait.
