01. 3 Peat (4/5) - Solid Intro, Nice Beat
02. Mr. Carter (5/5) - Great tune, Jay kills it, beats a nice Just Blaze imitation
03. A milli (3.5/5) - Annoying beat
04. Got money (3.5/5) - Nice beat, Generic Chorus, Overuse of Autotune but it doesnt sound that bad IMO
05. Comfortable (4/5) - Old, but still a good track, great beat, perfect chorus
06. Phone home (4/5) - Banging beat, apart from the hella annoying chorus its a dope tune, weezy kills it
07. Dr. Carter (4.5/5) - Great concept, shame about the beat being a loop
08. Tie my hands (5/5) - Great collabo, wayne raps about something, and Robin Thicke kills the hook
09. Shoot me down (5/5) - Best tune on the album, D Smith kills it with the hook AND the beat (not Kanye), nice concept
10. Playin' with fire (3.5/5) - Nice beat, Corny hook, recycled verse
11. Lollipop (4/5) - Banger!
12. La La (0/5) - How anyone, Producer, Rapper, Label, whoever, how they can honestly think that this is a good tune is beyond me, its one of the worst songs i've ever heard 
13. Nothin' on me (4/5) - Nice beat, features
14. Let the beat build (4/5) - great concept but IMO the sample drowns out wayne abit
15. Mrs. officier (3/5) - Generic
16. Misunderstood (4/5) - Nice but the talking at the end ruins the tune, wayne sounds on crack

Overall i'd give it a 4/5

albums better than I expected it to be. It'd be so much better if Wayne still rapped like he did on carter 2/like father like son though. and some of these beats/hooks are insanely bad (a milli/phone home/la la). Also, I'm not too fond of Dr. Carter's beat, even though its probably the best song lyrically. Same with Let the Beat Build, I loved the idea when I read about it but that beat is grating to listen to. And then, Weezy overuses the autotune too. He sounds fucking retarded on Aint Got Nothin On Me, and really amateur on Got Money

all in all, some damn amazing tracks, but some ridiculously wack ones (LA LA, a milli, mrs officer, phone home)..dr carter is my fav track, crazy shit..swizzy came with a (surprisingly) dope beat, i usually this muthafucka's busy ass beats, but he kept this one nice and simple and wayne came with some unique shit that had some mind blowing lyrics

Nothin On Me sounds like a sick ass old school NY GRIMEY SHIT track and its fuckin nuts! Fabolous kills this one..that shoot me down beat is NUTS

All in all, didnt live up to most's expectations "a milli" is fuckin horrible, dunno wat the fuck LA LA is, wow..mrs officer is pretty damn bad as well and that phone home track is annoying as fuck
