Twista vs. Bone Thugs
« on: July 20, 2002, 12:29:20 PM »
You know I had to start some shit since there's all there these Bone-fans on WCC. :D

Who had the style first?
I saw in a Source-article that Twista had the style first, but he couldn't take the style to the mainstream, and then Bone came and made it popular.
His agent said that he was the originator, but others took after his style, and Twista kinda lost his "copyright".

Bone was rappin like that since like the late 80s, like 88 89 and their faces of death album came out in 90. and how the fuck could have bone copied twista when he never even had a song out? and twistas style is diff than bone, he just raps fast, bone raps fast and has that harmony which makes their style sound much better, IMO Bone takes it easily, id pick them over twista any day

LoL, I knew Flipp, tha 7th or Tash would answer first.
Interesting shit, you got a good point with that Harmony shit, Twista is more of a speed-rapper, while BTNH is partly singing.

twista is better than all bone faggots combined....period..he is the originator..i've been saying this from day one...bone has melody in their rapping style but you can't understand what they say...they have to mumble...but twista is very loud and clear..just cuz you sold millions of records doesn't mean shit.......and yeah bone did stole twista's style...everybody knows that...i also heard bone stole 36 mob's beat style
