Pharrell was using that mexican accent basically making fun of them...

And right before the chorus... Snoop says "And I hear my enemies going.....*With Pharrell Using with the accent*"Vato you wont believe what i saw....."

People were like whats snoop talking about his enemies???  And why is Pharrell mocking mexicans right after with that accent???

Snoop messed up wit that one...  There is really no way around it...  Then he gets B-Real so it can "be okay" to do the song...
