Co-Manager/Producer needed for nmd45records

Right, I have started to go the full haul with nmd45records now, and I am looking for a quality producer to both run the label with me, and obviously produce tracks for the artists that will be signed to the label. I would handle all the marketing, signing, distribution etc, with occasional rapping and signing performances, and the other person would be responsible for recording and producing for the artists.
