FATA a.k.a. the “Gun Ching”

Originally from the Lynwood, Fata developed a reputation as a “raw” emcee before moving to Missouri where he honed his skills. After his departure to the mid-west, the “Gun Ching” came back to Southern California to claim his stake!

While at home in his native state of California, Fata spends most of his time in the IE, Long Beach, Pasadena and Los Angeles and San Diego Counties—Southern Cali. For Fata, major childhood influences are funk, hip hop and the multitude of island cultures and music that he came in contact with through family and friends traditions and cultures.

Fata has performed with live reggae and hip hop and  bands all around S. California—from Los Angeles to Long Beach, down to San Diego and back Inland to Riverside in venues like the Roxy, the Whiskey and Project Blowed among others.
Self proclaimed as a “ladies man”, Fata keeps the women sweatin’ with saucy, seductive lyrics over “headboard knocking” tracks. But don’t be mistaken, Fata is also a conscious artist who isn’t self- absorbed and has an idea of what is going on in the world around him.

With a wide range of musical talent, Fata the “Gun Ching” is a master student of the craft of Art with an emphasis on rhyme style and lyricism!

Yeah sure this dude has got lots of talent... I loved both "Da Gun Ching" & "Shooting Stars"... and the snippets also sounded tight, this dude is a great prospect for the future.

Peace

Shooting Stars, Fata the Gun King, and especially Throw Your Hands, are unfadeable, those tracks are hott, straight up...... the other tracks, were weak, not because Fata came wack, but because the beats were subpar, I reccomend more Cali laced beats, maybe layed back synthed out beats, or go with a Jamacan vibe on the beat to go along with Fata's accent.  Good work, peace.

YO...... I just realized listening to the Gun, that my intuition was right.  This cat recorded in Kansas City.  That explains the subpar production.  Kansas City has the worst produced albums in America, I'm from here, from Tech 9, to all that other shit they push on me around here, I'm not feelin any of it, and it's because of the production, I'm not saying I could do any better, I give props to all the producers here for doing there thang, it just ain't shit compared to the other cities, peace.
