The album wasn't finished when it came out. It came out globally, except in the United States. There are a lot of different versions of the album too.

All of these songs are demo tracks, tracks that didn't make it to the album and retail tracks. Is it better if I add to each song where they were (originally) released, etc?

Yeah, that would help me out a lot.

What replaced The Second Coming?

What do you mean? The album came out worldwide, just not in the States...

If the album was only sold outside of U.S. borders, it wouldn't be considered an official release (unless it is authorized by the artist or label). What was the album that replaced this one for the U.S.?

It was released worldwide on Sony/EPIC, just not in the States... How is that not official? lol

So it was authorized.

Is there an interview with TQ in the DubCNN archives that talks about this?

It wasn't finished and you can bring in all the drama about this album that there was (like TQ being unhappy with how the things went, the spellings errors, the tracklist, etc.), but it was official. It was released all over the world. There have been 2nd presses too with Layzie Bone on "One Day" instead of E-40, who was on the 1st pressing. I still see this album in stores.

There is.

In this interview I did he went in-depth about the whole Cash Money ordeal:
