This thread aint to start a buncha arguin....it prolly will anywayz lol But mah Spurs are capable, even if yall dont think so. Tha lakers didnt think so tonight, n they got served. So if they aint careful...they gonna get bounced out tha playoffz by sum1. tha west is TOO strong to think u can jus lay yur "name" out on tha court, n win. u gotta bring tha intensity EVERY game. yah tha spurs didnt come to play lass year. I think the injury to Derrick Anderson hurt them, but it prolly hurt them worse....cus they let it get in their head...n they lost confidence. plus, tha lakers really hit stride in tha playoffs last year. but rememba tha lakers did get tossed out tha playoffs by tha spurs. I dunno if tha Spurs will take tha shit this year, they gotta come hard. At least it looks like they gonna hit tha playoffs wit momentum...a 10 game win streak righ now. yah im guessin theyll get their shit togetha by playoffz. but, theres sum otha teams out there who might also. Tha spurs, got a LOT of playoff vets...and know what tha playoffs are about. So they wont come in naive. Tha fact they got a rookie point guard might hurt them this year tho (although hez pretty tight). Another thing, teams like tha Mavs and Kings....well, they seem to be young enuff....that they wont be scared of tha lakers, or anyone. Theyll jus put it all out there. One thing Lakers have to worry about tha most....is tha team thinkin that they can jus kick back...wait for tha playoffs....n then be able to jus "turn it on" once tha playoffs start. Thas how good teams get upset. Especially in that first round where therez only 5 games and yur playin against a team that might have nuthin to lose. We'll see tho. tha playoffz gonna be tight....ESPECIALLLLLLLLY tha west. Shit, tha first round match-ups in tha west....will be more exciting then tha conference finals in tha East. LOL
