Yep...it's pushed back:

We are sorry to inform you Royce heads that The Bar Exam 2 has been pused back a few short weeks while they put the finishing touches on it. The cd is hosted by Dj Green Lantern and it will drop with the date of 09|09|08. Dj Driggz had talked to Kino about the release and here is what Kino *Royce’s Manager* had to say.  yes its dropping 9/9 because of scheduling conflicts between him and Green Lantern but it is about 95% done. It will be available exclusively on HipHopDX at 12am est 9/9/08 on DX and Hosted by Green. Sorry for the delay. New joint with Marv 1 will be on DX in a few hours.

It’s crazy how much people will talk without knowing anything that is going on behind the scenes. No surprise there but if you've followed the drops, you probably have about 80% of the songs already plus untagged.  Green Lantern does a good job on his mixtapes though.
