You can help ASCAP to maintain the accuracy of the information you provide, so that we can send your royalty checks and other information to the correct mailing address, by notifying us of any change to your address, telephone number, e-mail address or other information by writing to us at ASCAP Member Services Department, ASCAP Building, One Lincoln Plaza, New York, New York 10023. Your letter or written notification must contain your signature, your social security number or ASCAP member number, your new address and other relevant information that you seek to update or correct.
