Redraft the unactive roster players to active teams? 

Yup, pretty much.

I'll drop about 10-15 players from the inactive teams; then we'll conduct a draft of those players and list who they want to drop.
After that, I'll lock all teams except for mine; and do the add-drop transactions.

I'm down.

How the draft will work is like this:
You'll have 5 minutes to make your draft pick.
You must send me a PM with your pick and the person you want to waive from your team (since I can't add additional spots).
When you make your pick, I will update the thread every time a pick is made.
If a person does not make a pick within 5 minutes, I will automatically choose a pick for you based on the above rankings.

once the draft is done, I'll lock all the teams and make necessary adjustments.

alrighty, I got the draft done.
there's one problem though; I don't know who to waive for Mighty Ducks.

there's a bunch of different options I can pursue.

the two I have in mind are:
a) pick players for him to drop - the problem here will be that he might get pissed
b) leave his team the way it is; when he's active and tells me the players he wants to drop, then make the transaction

so any suggestions?

I would say leave his draft pickups on the inactive team, then when he comes back make the transaction.

Did you just pick the best players from the inactive team for the draft?  Cuz I noticed Dan Boyle is on that team and he wasn't optionable to pick.  lol.

yeah, i tried choosing the best players from each team.
i know there were a few of strong players left off; it was a hard choice lol.
