Desert Storm was in the Gulf War, but I agree with what u say...the US government's reaction was more than fucked up and I'm not surprised that even Europe is no longer with Bush  now when it cums to attackin Iraq and shit. ya'all ignore the lesson that many Americans realized that day, and admit too, we are not the most perfect nation in the world. I don't agree with what happened, but it is a backlash for things that we have done, and G Dub continues to do. I in no way liked what happened, as I'm sure many people on both sides hate to see innocent lives tooken. Muslims, Christains, Jews, Hindus, Buddist, and other people died, from far and near, U.S., Middle Eastern, European, African, and from everywhere else died. It was a sad day, but at the sametime there were people willing to kill themselves to carry out this act. They felt so strong that they were willing to do it. I can't agree with them, 'cause that in no way is right, but I can't dissagree 'cause they were willing to do it for a reason. It's just a fucked up situation all around.
