What do I have to do to get a battle With Blade?

What do I have to do to get a battle with Blade? He's the champ, and I think I can beat him.  If I do get a battle, and beat him, I plan on vacating the belt.  If I get beat, I will lose gracefully.  Also, I love Blade, so there won't be any beef either way.  What's up?

Ask, and if he accepts, then it's cool. He ain't defended the title in along time, and your Middleweight title win I think is enough to get some ranking. So ask, and he will either say yes or no, and since he ain't defended the title in a while, he kinda has to say yes.

Yea, I asked him.  He's gonna do it, just not now, because he has a tag championship or something coming up.
