2004. he had already started urban legend and stayed working on it while on work release until he came home officially. the next album should be out next year probably (4th quarter). he's probably already started working on it as he's always done previously.

Man this album is the shit. Very lyrical, probably lyrically his best so far.

Just checked out the album today. Dope ass cd, TI is such a well rounded artist, never disapoints me.
