If I listen to too much politrix I have to take a break for a while.

As far as smoking weed, I like to keep my system totally cleaned out, no caffiene, no ciggerettes, nothing but green tea...

But its not bad to take a whole month off soon for smoking ganja, and chilling out... because your system needs a change up.
