About Bishop Lamont's Performance In Amsterdam Last Night.

What up y'all..

22:30-24:00 Amsterdam - Paradiso

I tought I'd share my experiences of this show with you.

The concert took place in a pretty small hall, but it was dope anyway.
I was pretty excited about this show cause Bishop is my favorite rapper for a few years already.
Not saying he's the best, but he's definatly on his way to the top.

The show went like this:

Guilty Simpson started and it was pretty humiliating that most people didn't know him or didn't get real excited.
He didn't played a lot tracks of his album: Ode To The Ghetto (which is aight)
Not that he rapped wack but not like he was enjoying to the fullest at all.

After that Black Milk jumped on stage and got the crowd moving, most people came for him to this concert so it really started now.
He did a good performance with some new tracks of his upcoming album Tronic.
Suddenly the sound system was fucked up and in the middle of the track black milk freestyled the rest and that was really sick!

Later on it was fixed and now it was time for Bishop Lamont, again pretty fucked up that a lot people didn't get really excited. The crowd was pretty dissapointing to me. I stood like 2 meter from Bishop and knew all the tracks of course, with a few other people around me that were excited. He played the following songs:
Send A Nigga Home
City Lights
Do It
No Stoppin Carson
Feel On It
Grow Up (Everyone went crazy when he played this)
First They Love You
Fuck Your Couch

After that he yelled Salah Edin on stage (Dutch rapper affiliated to Aftermath) to get the crowd some more excited.

Black & Guilty came back on stage and it was time for that caltroit shit.
They only played the following 4 songs tho:
Caltroit
On Top Now
Goatit
Mouth Music

The end of the show was weird, he stopped after his last song and said: "That's the end yo, thank y'all." We shook hands en he left.

So all in all it was a pretty dope show but Bishop doesn't had the recognition I hoped for. He's a good live performer tho, he reached more with the crowd than Guilty & Black. He's really funny and down to earth too.

Too bad, no "Detox/Reformation" snippets.

I did expect more fans to know the songs he played. It's not like they didn't knew who Bishop was but they didn't react when he turned his mic into the crowd. He had to ask all the time "when I say this, y'all say that, alright?" Most people only knew Grow Up, that's my point.

Here are some "rarer" Bishop Lamont (featuring) songs for y'all.
