MTV can confirm that Jennifer Hudson's nephew, Julian King has been found dead.

As previously reported, the star’s mother and brother were shot dead in Chicago on Friday night and seven year old Julian King had been missing.

The worst fears were confirmed yesterday (October 27) when a white vehicle was searched by police and a body was found, five miles from the apartment where Darnell Hudson Donerson, 57, and Jason Hudson, 29 were found dead last week.

Jennifer Hudson who had identified the bodies of her mother and brother a few days before, yesterday again identified and confirmed that the body found in the white vehicle was that of Julian King - her seven-year-old nephew.

Reports claim that the young child's dead body was found covered in plastic between the seats of a vehicle that apparently belonged to Jason Hudson, Jennifer's 29-year-old brother.

Although cause of death has not been confirmed, early reports claim that Julian died from a single gunshot wound to the back of the head.
