Of all time? Probably "No Vaseline", but "Real Muthafuckin G's", and "Dollaz & Sense" are great.

On a somewhat separate subject, if you wanna hear some great diss tracks, listen to that Joe Budden vs Ransom battle. They dissed the fuck out of each other! Joe Budden's track over "Takeover" is right up there with the best disses ever.
