I drink that everyday at the gym when I go, but it's more for taste... it honestly hasn't made me get bigger or anything like that, but the chocolate, vanilla, and cookies & cream flavors are bomb...

this appeared to work for my boy though, I been starting to drink these more:


^ the chocolate and vanilla ones are straight, but the cookies & cream one is ass
