It's not really a double standard. Black people wanting to vote for a black candidate is completely different then white people un-willing to vote for a black candidate. Racism versus pride for one's own race. Black people have been voting for the white man for decades and decades, now they finally have a chance to see a black man in office. No one sits at home and says "Finally this year I get to vote for the white man!!".

I'm proud of my heritage just as anyone of any race has the right to be proud of their own. Take a look where you are posting for a second though. This is a west coast (gangsta) rap message board and the bullshit that JOB posts part of the experience, whether you or I like it or not.
