Under the constitution,if he doesn't have any priors,he can apply for a concealed weapons permit,and why shouldn't he,do you think that he wants to end up a statistic and not be able to handle his business if something jumps off?

And if you don't know this,common almost got killed a little while ago when a shoot out jumped off in a barber shop in boston i think it was,but he left early and just missed becoming another statistic by a matter of minutes.
