Hogan post Wrestlemania idea
« on: March 12, 2002, 10:04:16 AM »
Heres what should happen..

Hogan should lose to the Rock clean at Mania.  The Rock and Hogan should be going at it..Hall/Nash come down to help Hogan--Hogan sends them to the back and says he wants to do it on his own.  Hogan and Rock continue to go at it--Hogan hits Rock with big boot and the leg drop.  Hogan covers..1, 2, kick out.  Rock eventually gains the victory after Rock Bottom and People's elbow.  Then the Rock and Hogan embrace and shake hands after the match.

The next night Hogan turns face..turns on Hall/Nash.  Then Hogan starts coming out to Real American, wears Yellow and Red, does old Hogan mannerisms, etc.  Have Hogan feud with Nash or Hall for a little while before eventually having the inevitable Hogan/McMahon feud.  After Hogan beats Vince, Hogan FINALLY retires from wrestling and maybe does commentary or something to that effect.

I think Hogan should win at Wrestlemania IMO cuz to me and most people, he truly is the biggest icon, and the best ever and it would just look tight to see hogan beat the rock, but i mean like clean with no help from the NWO, just to show that Hogan has been a big icon and one of the few who can beat the rock in the ring fair and square

Man, hogan signed a 3 year contract, lol.  He ain't goinn' nowhere, he's even said on wwf.com that he's 'just not entering his prime' and 'in the best shape of his life'.  Come on now.  He also said he can't do the yellow/red anymore, because it's Corny, and he doesn't think it would be the best idea with wrestling fans today; he said what he'd like to do before he retires, is come out as Hollywood and beg for the fans forgiveness.  I'll bet 5 bucks he's still around at next wrestlemania.
