The number one west coast track this year was Knoc-Turn'al's Gangsta Lean. 

Bishop Lamon'ts Everyday though it didn't particularly have that west coast vibe and The Game's Spanglish are my runner ups.   I also enjoyed Crooked I's three bitches but I don't know if it'll stick.
