{I had to make something for art class on a topic...either poem or a paper...i decided to do a rap...we had to pick a topic and i picked music and all this is what I thought of when I was thinkin of music..so tell me if its good or no.}

Yo.....
Music is very addicting to me
its more like a drug ya see
I can't get enough of it
when im in a state of silence
I gotta listen to it

if music was illegal
then put me in jail
Im a 100% music-addict
I might even die for it
I cant denie it
I can't get enough of it
right now music is everything to me
dont have a girl
just got me
Ill win one over
wid my lyrics ya see
somebody dat special to me

some stores want to take my music away from me
have to be 18 to get a cd
and i have in my hand a pair of car keys
whats up wid dat?
u think im going to go around and beat people with a baseball bat?
cause I heard a rapper talkin about it?
what the hell are people thinking now?
they dont wanna sell me a cd and let me have a car?
they might as well just let me go drink at a bar

If there was no music
there would be no mre
no britney spears
eminem or Ice T
I would be a robot
a machine
cause music makes up the most of me

But ya wanna know why im so silent
all angry and shit
cause im sick of acting
trying to be somebody dat im not
i could careless if ya like me or not
ya can try to diss me
but ill just pick up the pen
write a song
record it and make it an audio
and that will teach ya not to diss me again
I want everybody to see this rap
i dont care if u think its crap
cause I want u to know me
and get a reality check
thats what happened to me

I have to say gangsta rap changed me
i developed my rappin skillz
from a chick dat played me
yo she pissed me off
then i listened to eminem
and i developed some skills from him

Music keeps me out of trouble
i pick up my pen
when ya look at my lyrics
you could see the anger in dem
its betta for me to pick up a pen
then bashing someone's head

I use my lyrical talent
to crush my enemies
i have a bad temper
it could make it a hot day in December
but u all will remember me
me can't take music away from me
it will last forever

Nightmare... it was good bur u need to work alittle bit yur rhymes and expand yur lines.

I was feeling this verse. I like the part where you say "if music was illegal then send me to jail, I'm addicted." It's true, alot of drug attics would rather go to jail then give up the habit. peace.
