Why dont west coast artists albums come out?

Sly boogy was signed to j records and have you not heard or seen the video for the remix of California by him with about 10 westcoast artists

i know who he is but im sure if i walk outside my house and ask the random hip hop fan if they know who sly boogy is they don't know..... jay rock and glasses has done a good job of marketing themselves niggaz know these cats outside this site i've heard glasses on the radio out here and i've seen jay rock on B.E.T countless amount of time
