Grab the .flv file with the use of file2hd.com, then install the program "flv2mp3" (google or search it on here; there was a thread about it not so long ago) and finally convert the .flv file to an .mp3 file with "flv2mp3".

Props, I forgot though that I already have an extension installed in Firefox for downloading songs & videos from sites :D
