Oh, yeah, I forgot P.O.S.  Ya'll should cop or dl his new album Never Better.  He's one of the few rappers that sounds ill over rock/punk-esque music.

I never considered the Roots Rock mixed with rap.  They just used live instrumentation.

Come with Me by P.Diddy and Rage Against the Machine is the few rock/rap that I can stand. 


They aren't hard rock or metal, which is what most of you on this thread think rock is, but why are the Roots any less rock than Coldplay? Rock n' Roll is more than a singing vocal. If I Am The Walrus is rock then everythign by the Roots is rock too.
