Stuff to do that's free?

So the economy sucks, everyone's broke and homeless, so I'm tryin to think of some stuff to do that's free.  Here's what I got so far:

- Go to the park/ for a walk
- Library
- Mall (its tough to go to the mall and not spend money tho)
- Loiter

any other suggestions?

I'm in Vancouver.  We get rain, rain, and rain.  Which makes it hard to even do things outside half the time.

Yeah, Vancouver's a pricey town. I don't know what neighborhood you live in, but I used to go jogging along the seawall almost every day. Even in the rain. You'll feel like a savage.
