Diddy and dre are basically producers like timbaland who use ghost writer...they aint using them from time to time, whenever they release something they always have someone write there shit. Snoop is known to work with ghost writers from time to time and have people work with him on lyrics but he does alot of his own shit too.

Dre and diddy basically do not.
