Young Buck's clothing line is OUT OF BUSINESS .
« on: March 03, 2009, 09:51:38 PM »
David Brown Clothing is out of business. Young Buck launched the clothing line last April but back then he was still with G-Unit. The David Brown Clothing collection included jeans, tees and hoodies all with the signature Young Buck "bandanna" print inspiration. But with its high prices and Buck's dwindling popularity, it was only a matter of time before he called it quits with David Brown Clothing. Even his clothing line website which included an online store has been shutdown so no chance at buying that excess inventory on the cheap. (Woooha)
The Cashville rapper recently addressed 50 Cent's claims of him making $10 million while being a member of G-Unit.

"In my situation, it's more humiliating to me I think in 50 eyes to hold me as long as he can before I'm actually able to fulfill the albums I have left [on my contract]," Buck said in an interview. "So, eventually I'll be able to come around and do another album... I think [50] knows that if he was to [release me] everybody and they mama waiting on the kid...It's simple, I can let you know what I've made. I'll just put out my tax statements since I signed with G-Unit... I haven't received 10 million dollars, or jacked off 10 million dollars. I've never paid a million dollars in taxes." (Hip Hop DX)

and the people that do buy in to that shit are fucking ignorant poor people anyway. I'll be at costco and see some mexican kid with a shirt covered in dollar bill logos and rhinestones with something like, "hustle=love", or "get money, buy jet-skis", when you know damn well he doesn't work and bought that shit with weekly allowance from his moms medical check, so he can impress some equally ignorant hoodrat at school. rappers clothing lines are for the douchiest of douchebags.

I wouldn't wear a clothing line with a rappers name in it (ie: Snoop Dogg Clothing) so I damn sure wouldn't wear one with the rappers REAL name in it. C'mon now...David Brown Clothing? Get the fuck outta here!

Seriously, Rappers cannot make good clothing lines. I'll stick to proper brands.

G-Unit & Shady were big back in the day & Roc-a-Wear & Sean John are still two VERY big brands in the world of clothing.

but other than that, yeah its all wack.

Sucks to hear that.  I didn't even know he had a clothing line.  Maybe he shoulda used his rapper name & coulda gotten more sales.

As a man of white skin I would never wear that shit anyway. When I roll up to the clubs anyway all the black dudes are wearing Black Label  and Affliction shit.

ya that shit doesnt look good on whitey, hell whitey listening to hip hop in front of black ppl let alone whitey gets self conscious.
well its like that here in L.A.

i have no doubt some rappers have good clothes, just most of it is too damn over priced. i wouldn't categorize mexican in a box with whitey, because whitey has no idea about growin up in the ghetto, and just wanna be trendy and fake anyways in general.  in fact, when an area starts to become ghetto whitey moves out and doesn't really come back. They know places like south central are a NO GO ZONE (LOL) at night
