Yeah I absolutely want to get to where I can be Vegan. It's very savage to eat meat. We call it meat, but in reality it's flesh we're eating. Especially when you consider how much steroids and growth hormone they inject in chicken and beef, it's def not good for you to ingest that.Ultimately I can't wait till the day that I'm not getting blunted and drunk all the damn time. I have so much fun doing that, but it's all very bad for you both physically and spiritually. It'll take mad discipline to get there though. You gotta take baby steps - start weening yourself from these things. Cold turkey is not healthy, just start limiting intake, then skip a day, then a couple days a week, and before you know it - you're free.

And I know all the organic crap, but they just busted some safeway stores in Seattle and Vancouver claiming to be sellling organic shit when it was biochemically grown.
moving to hawaii and eating produce grown purely on volcanic soil would be the absolute bomb. even my grandad's cucumbers are completely unlike anything i've ever had before in a supermarket including their 'organic' ones. funny example i know but the cucumbers he grows are giant and delicious and the 'organic' ones in a store are generally even smaller than the normal ones. something don't add up...but i'm interested in this 'supergreen' stuff too, a lot of health nuts are on it. i got a friend who's well on it supposedly it gives your body all the nutrients you need in a mega healthy way. this dude can do insane amounts of press-ups without even breaking a sweat, so....

I got peeps at my dojo who do insane amount of pressups without breaking a sweat as well. Some of these dudes do eat healthy but not supergreen stuff which leads me to assume that theres a lot more to doing pressups without breaking a sweat than eating supergreen food.
