i didnt expect blu & exile to be brought up! that is a tremendous album it is my favorite hip hop album. ever. period. and i would say at the LEAST best post 2000 and top 10 all time. 
Iv also enjoyed all the games albums and guilty by affiliation

what a brutal decade (2000-2009) for westcoast hiphop compared to the 90s. hell, even the late 80s (87-89) was 10 times better.
no album this decade even comes close to these 90s albums:
the chronic
2001
doggystyle
death certificate
amerikkkas most wanted
regulate
dogg food
all eyes on me
and a shitload more. in fact i would take any single year for 88-97 over the entire decade of 2000-2009

You have to mention Cube's "Laugh Now Cry Later", Messy Marv's "Bandannas, Tattoos and Tongue Rings", Mistah FAB's "Baydestrian" and also "I Luv Cali" by Roscoe and of course the 2 DJ Quik records.

Probably Xzibit - Restless. Game never got to close to Xzibit on the mic and i just found his album rawer than all three of games. WC Guilty by affiliation and blu & exile get a mention too.
